Fun With Viruses

Two good resources highlighting viral marketing content, both out of England:

  • ViralPlanet.com - by Robert Loch, my buddy and co-blogger on MarketingFix

  • TTR2.co.uk - not exactly a catchy domain in itself (I'm sure it's some very clever pun that's just beyond me), but a good collection of videos and other amusing ad content

UPDATE:

Robert Loch graciously recommends some other of his "competitors" in this space, all (or most) of whom seem to be Brits, for some reason:

What is most remarkable about these sites is they are designed to feature ads for free to the advertisers. As I've said before, advertainment and invertising (opt-in advertising) are going to play key roles in advertising in the years to come.
