@d:tech and Spam Filters, Part II

Poor @d:tech can't win for losing. Just in case anyone thinks I'm picking on them, let me say I love this show. I have consistently found the networking at this event to be superb and I'm looking forward to attending in NY next week and already have a full calendar of meetings scheduled.

Yesterday, I wrote (below) that the SpamAssassin email filtering system is picking up messages from @d:tech (among other legitimate emails I've signed up for) and flagging them as spam. So, today I get another email from @d:tech that is just too funny. The subject line reads "Avoid Email Filters: Metrics & Tips," or actually in my case it reads "*****SPAM***** [adtech] Avoid Email Filters: Metrics & Tips." Here's what the email text looks like:

ad-tech message messed up by SpamAssassin

I realize it's too small to read, but the point is the inserted spam report from SpamAssassin has screwed up the HTML formatting in the email message so it is basically unreadable, aside from the fact that you can make out it is saying something about how to avoiding email spam filters.

Let's just say I go to @d:tech for the networking, not for the content. I would recommend someone over there call up SpamAssassin and figure out what is going on here.
